With weeks starting on Monday, you need six rows for May and August. ISO week 1 starts on Monday 4 January, and 2027 has 52 weeks.
Designing the calendar grid yourself
For a calendar that starts in another month or has its own look. The steps are the same in Canva, Word, InDesign or Affinity Publisher.

Page size with bleed
13 pages at your size plus 3 mm on every side: 216 × 303 mm for A4 portrait, 303 × 426 mm for A3 portrait (swap them for landscape). Run photos and backgrounds to the edge.

Room for the wire
Keep text, dates and faces out of the top centimetre, and at least 5 mm from the other edges.

One month first
Finish January with a photo area, the month name and a grid of 7 columns and 6 rows. Duplicate it eleven times and change only the photo, name and numbers.

The dates
Start each month on the weekday in the table, then add holidays and birthdays. A month shifted by a day is the most common mistake, so check each one against a calendar.

Export
One print PDF with bleed, all 13 pages, cover first. The print-ready PDF guide has the settings.

- Photos at 300 dpi, 150 dpi at least (about 2500 × 1750 pixels for half an A4 page)
