PDF, JPG and PNG. A book has two files: a PDF of the pages and one of the cover.

Yes, as soon as you upload it, we check whether it fits the product. If something isn’t right, you see it before you order. We don’t check spelling, colours or the content itself: we print your file as it is.

When your file has another size or shape than the product, we fill the product with it, so a part may be cut off. The product page shows a preview, and warns you when more than 2% is cut off. To avoid it, make your file in the exact size, including the bleed.

A few millimetres of your design around the edges, that are cut off after printing. It makes sure there’s no white edge when the cut is a hair off. The product page tells you the exact size, bleed included.

Close, but not exactly. A screen gives light, paper doesn’t, so colours on paper often look a little darker and less bright. Small differences are normal for print.

Standard shipping is free from €50. Below that, the checkout shows it as soon as you’ve entered your address, before you pay.

Every product page shows when it would arrive. Books, magazines and calendars take a few days longer to make than posters. More on our shipping page.

As soon as your package is on its way, your order page shows the link to track it.

Carriers can take up to 5 working days. Is it later than that, or does the tracking say delivered while you don’t have it? Let us know and we’ll sort it out.

A print mistake, damage, or something missing? Report it here. It takes a minute, and we’ll solve it.

Take photos of the product and the box before you throw anything away, and report it here within 14 days, and we’ll solve it.

Everything is printed specially for you, so it can’t be returned. But if we made a mistake, or it arrived damaged, we’ll make it right.

Yes. Shipping is added at the checkout, where you see the total before you pay.
