Matte or glossy?
With glossy, the ink is brought into the tile with heat: sharp details, and the tile can take water. Matte has a soft look that doesn't reflect the light.
How can I show it?
Choose it under Hang or stand: a brass hanger on the back, a stand, a wooden stand, or a wooden or black frame. The frames are for the 15 × 15 cm tile.
What resolution do I need?
For sharp photos, 300 dpi at the size you choose. The specifications show how many pixels that is: choose "px" there.
What if my file has a different size?
Then we zoom in until it fits exactly, and what falls outside is cut off. If more than 2% is lost, we warn you. The preview shows you right away how it turns out.
Do you check my design?
We automatically check that your file has the right size and number of pages. We don't check the content, like spelling and colours: we print what you upload. So check the preview carefully.
