Privacy Policy
We only ask for what we need to print and deliver your order, and we never sell your data.
What we keep
- Your files: the files you upload, to print them.
- Your order: what you ordered, your name, address, email and phone number, to deliver it and to reach you about it.
- Your payment: whether and how you paid. Your card or bank details go straight to our payment provider. We never see them.
- Visits: like most websites, our server logs which pages are visited, with the IP address and browser. We use this to keep the site working and safe.
Who we share it with
Only with the parties that help us run the shop:
- our payment provider, to handle your payment;
- the parties that help us produce and deliver your order, like the carrier, who get your files and address;
- the services that host our website and store our files;
- Google, if you allow cookies for ads (see Cookies).
We share data with others only when the law requires it, or to investigate fraud or abuse.
How long we keep it
- Uploaded files that don’t become an order: 7 days.
- The files of an order that isn’t paid: 30 days.
- The files of a paid order: 90 days after it was shipped.
- Order details: as long as the law requires for our accounts, usually 7 years.
Cookies
We use a few cookies that the site needs to work, like the one that remembers your cart.
We advertise with Google Ads. If you click Accept in the cookie bar, Google sets cookies to measure which ad leads to an order. If you then order, Google gets the amount and your email address, encrypted (hashed), so it can match the order to the ad. If you click Decline, Google sets no cookies and gets nothing from you. Your choice lasts a year. To change it sooner, clear this site’s cookies in your browser and we’ll ask again.
Your rights
You can ask us which data we have of you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email [email protected]. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
